Where do I even start. This bike felt amazing. It felt just like the $2000 custom. BMX bike that I normally ride. The Sunday soundwave felt good when riding skate parks, dirt jumps and street spots. I had to purchase peg separately and a drive side hubguard, but other than that this bike was great. It flowed, smoothly, and all of the parts felt strong and durable. One thing that really stood out to me was the incredibly low weight. I think this bike is only 23 pounds and because of that it was quick and easy to do tricks on. It's a very expensive bike but it's totally worth the price. 10 out of 10.

The Sunday SoundWave is a pro-level BMX bike that weighs 23.41 pounds and costs $1,299. It is crazy high quality consisting of all aftermarket bmx parts, many of them have a lifetime warranty. This is for serious BMX riders only! This BMX bike is known for its high-quality aftermarket parts and its lifetime 41 thermal warranty. In this post, we’ll help you figure out if it’s right for you.

Is the Sunday SoundWave high quality?

Yes, the Sunday Soundwave is absolutely a high-quality bike. It’s known to be one of the best quality complete BMX bikes that money can buy. It cost a ton but for that expensive price tag you get full chromoly parts that are heat treated and have a lifetime warranty. You’ll find flash welded double wall rims, aftermarket frame, aftermarket forks, aftermarket cranks, and so much more.

It’s recognized for having some of the best parts in the game, which means it’s built to last and handle whatever you throw at it.

How does the Sunday SoundWave look?

The bike has a slick, modern design with a cool vibe. Its aesthetics are as impressive as its performance, featuring a neat and clean look, especially if you opt to go brakeless. It’s a simple, yet effective color way. The rustproof black and the red and orange stickers really make this bike pop without it being too flashy.

Is the Sunday SoundWave overpriced?

When you look at the $1300 price tag you might think that it’s overpriced. But I did the math earlier and if you bought all of these aftermarket parts separately and built this bike up on your own, you’d be spending well over $1500. So by buying the Sunday soundwave as a complete bike you’re getting all of these aftermarket parts, and an incredibly high-quality bike for a huge discount. This price tag is right on track with the other pro level aftermarket, complete BMX bikes that we see on the market.

When you consider the durability and the lifetime warranty on key components, it becomes clear that you’re investing in a bike that saves you money in the long run. It’s not just about the initial cost but also about the quality and peace of mind you get.

What are the best features of the Sunday Sound Wave?

This BMX bike shines with its lightweight frame, comprehensive 41 thermal warranty, and fully customizable and upgradeable parts.

What makes it stand out is its balance between a lightweight design and durability. Plus, the warranty on its main components is a game-changer.

Lightweight Frame Easy to maneuver
41 Thermal Warranty Peace of mind
Customizable Parts Make it your own

Honest thoughts

Obviously, this is a really good BMX bike. And I recommend it from time to time on the free bike recommendations. For somebody who is a heavier rider, or more experienced, they will find a lot of benefits from the pro level quality. It’s also for somebody who just really enjoys nice things. You can spend $1300 and have the nicest bike at the skate park.

But with that being said, it’s not the perfect bike for everybody. This bike is very expensive and new riders don’t need this level of quality. Some people get into the sport ride for a few months and then put the bike down and move onto something else. If that’s going to be you, there’s no sense in spending this much money on a BMX bike. It’s a great bike and it’s definitely worth the price but make sure that you’re serious about BMX before you spend the money on it.
